Bill O’Reilly is once again confronting George Tiller on his obvious illegal performance of late term abortions, even sending a reporter out to confront him.

Phil Kline the former Attorney General of Kansas filed 30 misdemeanor counts against Tiller. Paul Morrison, the new Attorney General, says he has assigned an assistant Attorney General to the investigation. He assures th epeople that if evidence of a crime surfaces he will prosecute, but  evidence exists already that he has aborted viable fetuses where the mothers life was not in danger and nothing has happened so far.

In the meantime,Kansas Governor  Kathleen Sebelius vetoed legislation that would require Tiller to release more medical details on late-term abortions.
