ABORTION COUNSELING REQUIREMENTS OFTEN VIOLATE CORE PRINCIPLES OF INFORMED CONSENT

I just ran across this news release form Nov by The Guttmacher Institute…which always seems to leave out they are a pro abortion group affiliated with Planned Parenthood.

Read it…one of the reasons they site that abortion counseling violates core principles of informed consent is "for instance by exaggerating the physical or mental health risks of abortion". Oh really..and how is it that they "exaggerate.I doubt that those who have experienced the trauma of abortion, the anxiety, shame , guilt , suicidal ideation, etc etc feel it is exaggerated. Or those who are now unable to have children, or suffer from painful endometritis,  uterine perforation or other issues.

Once again, they blow off the testimony of countless women. If they truly believe what they wrote, they have no worries, because then every woman who aborts will come forward to confirm their claims, but we know as it is, more and more women are speaking out to the truth of abortion, which women deserve to know.

    Having had a father who broke my nose and ribs as a child. I truly believed him when he told me he would KILL me if I ever came home pregnant. At age 13 I started using drugs especially Reds or any type of downer that would kill my pain. Reds were a very strong pain pill which I took by the bags full. At age 13, I got pregnant. I was 5 1/2 months pregnant when I had an abortion. I had to spend the night in the hospital because I was in labor for 36 hours.
    To this day my family does not know that I had 3 abortions before the age of 18. Im now 50 and have never been married or had kids.
    I REGRET my whole life up until about 17 years ago when I got clean and sober and realized that I am a healer. With my hands.
    So now I try to give as much as I can to the world. From the heart of God, through me, into the person who needs help.
    My biggest regret in this life is, and always will be my 3 abortions.
    I wanted to post this because I just found this site and Ive never told anyone. But a friend many years ago.

    I am so glad you posted. Why wouldn’t you believe your dad? His violence was something he already displayed.It is so understandable that you felt like you had to abort. You were a kid.
    I am so sorry that you had to not only go through all of that but also carry this alone all these years. I am also so glad that you made your way to sobriety and now to us…God is good and leads us to His healing…
    I too had a late term abortion in a hospital and was in labor for many hours as well. It was an experience I will never forget but I am at peace now through my healing.
