“We found that consideration of motherhood issues in abortion
decision-making falls into two broad areas: responsibilities for
existing children and the ‘ideal’ conditions of motherhood,” says Rachel K. Jones, senior researcher with the Guttmacher Institute.
"Ideal" Conditions?????
It is amazing to think that years ago, families of ten lived in 3 rooms and not only survived, but experienced great love and a true sense of "family". It may not have been perfect, but what was lacking in material ways was often made up for in other ways. Who decides what these "ideal" conditions are?
