On the subject of forced abortions,Charles Fried, a former Solicitor General and now a Harvard law professor, who argued on behalf of the Bush Administration said "…that forced abortion would amount to ”violently
taking hands on, laying hands on a woman,” which he said would violate
a woman’s ”liberty interest against a seizure.”
Obviously he has not met a woman who was abandoned or threatened with abandonment, physical harm,
or a host of other reasons that constitute mentally forced abortion….
interesting "stuff"
