"Rest in the Rays of My Mercy" was the theme for our closing retreat of the year for "Entering Canaan", the post abortion ministry I do with The Sisters of Life. Because of the sisters home visits and community events, we do not meet in July & August, although Lumina continues throughout the summer.

When I picked the theme, I had no idea how much I needed and would enjoy that rest myself!!!!!
We go each year to Camp St Joseph, a camp site in Millbrook NY whose use was given to the Sisters. It is always a beautiful end to the year in this tranquil atmosphere, and all who attend love every minute.

Part of the "resting" consisted in writing our names on a heart and pasting it in the rays of His Mercy in the Divine Mercy image.  I will post some pictures of  this later, but here are a couple of beautiful upstate NY
