Lawyers for Wichita abortion provider George Tiller today filed a
motion asking a judge to drop misdemeanor charges against him because
of alleged misconduct by former Attorney General Phill Kline.

In
a 153-page brief filed this morning in Sedgwick County District Court,
Tiller's lawyers outlined evidence they say showed Kline and his office
"lied" to a Shawnee County judge to open a secret inquiry into Tiller's
clinic and another operated by Planned Parenthood in Overland Park…

I cannot believe they have the nerve to speak of the "constitutional rights" of women while Tiller continues kill late term babies of couples who have been coerced to abort by many.
I pray they do not succeed with the dismissal
