Reclaiming Our Children: A Blog About Healing After Abortion

“Give thanks to the Lord for He
is good, His mercy endures forever!” (Psalm 107:1)

We are quickly approaching
Mothers Day. A day where we show the appreciation we have for the mom’s who
raised us and gave us the gift of life. However, for many women, this day is just a reminder of the child who not only is
not there, but whose life they participated in
ending.

Still, there is hope. With
healing from abortion comes a “reclaiming” of our children. Not in a physical
sense, but in the never failing knowledge of a God who loves and forgives us. I am happy to say more and more are coming forward to experience
this hope.

Those who are post abortive may
mourn the loss of their children on Mothers Day, but with healing, they can also
rejoice in the life to come, where they will be reunited with them for
eternity!
