This is one of my favorite quotes from one of my favorite books "In the Arms of Mary" It reminds me of how He heals each one according to our needs and we never have to do it without Him. I always felt like the "limping sheep"…if you do too just keep dragging yourself along…

Shepherd is waiting for you. So, then, why do you linger and detain yourself? It
doesn't matter and is not important that the others may go ahead of you: that
they may be already near the Shepherd. It does not matter that from a human
point of view there may be no hope that someday you will be near Him. Do not
allow yourself to be guided too much by your own reason. You must begin to let
yourself be guided by God's logic. Only He knows the value of the 'limping
steps' of the sheep that drags itself along."
