Sometimes it is amazing to me when I see where I am and who I am with..spent yesterday speaking at Yonkers respect Life week along with Senator Diaz, County executive Rob Astorino, Mayor Amicone, and Bishop Walsh go figure..God surely works miracles….
Yonkers holds Respect Life Week kick-off

YONKERS — When she was 18 years old and four months' pregnant, Theresa
Bonopartis was kicked out of her home and pressured by her parents to
have an abortion. Feeling she had little choice, she acquiesced.
Bonopartis told that story before a crowd of hundreds
at the third annual official opening of Yonkers Respect Life Week, held
Sunday in a large hall at the Polish Center.
The
event coincided with the 37th anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court
decision Roe v. Wade, which protects women's abortion rights.
Yonkers
Mayor Phil Amicone started the event three years ago and said Sunday
that he hoped such events would be more prevalent one day.
