Reclaiming Our Children: A Blog About Healing After Abortion

This is probably one of the saddest stories I have read, not only because my heart breaks for this family, and ALL the lives lost, but because I can actually imagine it being our lot someday here in the US.

People may think I am crazy for thinking that, but the slippery slop of abortion and the irrational thinking and justification continue to grow in our own country. We already have coerced abortions, as much as some people may deny it. My own abortion was coerced by my family. And, at the rate we are going, how long will it be before our growing government dictates how many children we can have?

I can only imagine the anguish of this man at hearing his child had been killed. Of course, that does not justify him taking life himself, but I certainly can understand how it could happen. It must be maddening to learn someone has come and killed your child.

The story reminds me of a great book I read years ago by Steven Mosher, "A Mother Ordeal".
