Years ago one of our newsletter had an article about e postcards being sent to people after abortion, "Removing the Stigma of Abortion"(pg2). http://www.postabortionhelp.org/PrevIssues/spring07spreads.pdf
I, personally, felt that there are just some things cards do not seem appropriate for. It was even eerie to see the similarities between the pro abortion cards and the pro life cards.

I cannot imagine having gotten one when I was healing from my own abortion and if I did, I think it would have made me feel worse, not better. However, to each its own, and I am sure some people have appreciated receiving them.
Well, it seems the cards are causing a stir once again in cyber land, especially the ones that address lost fatherhood. Of course, their reasoning behind it is completely different than mine. Abortion has, without a doubt, hurt countless men and their feelings deserve to be legitimized and heard, and they as well as the women who have lost a child, deserve healing. That however, is not the sentiment on these sites…
