Sorry I have not been posting much…things have been very busy around here as more and more people are reaching out for help. That is a good thing and we are so grateful to God that many are coming forward.
Sadly, yesterday was a very hard day. Most of you know that Lumina is a separate program of Good Counsel Homes. http://goodcounselhomes.org/ yesterday, we learned that the house manager at our Daystar home, Gigette Anderson, was killed in a flash flood on Sunday in Jamaica. Please keep Gigette, her family and the moms in our home sin your prayers. It is a tragic loss. Gigette was a wonderful self giving women who will be deeply missed by all.
