The big lie about abortion and mental health

The latest war on abortion is being fought less over women's bodies than over their minds. In the past few years, under the banner of "a woman's right to know," a number of states have passed laws mandating that women seeking abortions be told that going ahead with the procedure would expose them to mental health risks, including post-traumatic stress and a greater danger of suicide.
Such warnings might sound like a good idea. The decision to terminate a pregnancy can be difficult, and some women end up regretting it. It's commendable to help women make an informed choice. But an informed choice requires accurate information. And these laws mandate that women be misled.

here is my comment in response:
Ms Major is the one who is lying, and in spite of what she says, or any studies she does, we know what we experienced. People like to discount us by calling us pro life (as if that discounts our voices) but we who have been hurt by abortion will not keep quiet any longer.
Ms Major says if our abortion bothers us we are pre disposed…why does taking the life of your child and having it bother you seem like such an unlikely thing to her?
"The emotionally evocative stories of a minority of women can lead people to overestimate the frequency of those experiences" Are you kidding me? The pro abortion movement admits that at least 10% of women have an adverse impact. With over 50 million abortions in our country that is millions of women, don't they deserve to know the risks? Are they not important Ms Majors? Sometimes women suffer in silence and it is decades before people seek help should their voices continue to be silenced by your "studies"?
I think someone should do some research on why those who are pro abortion are so adverse to women knowing the whole truth.The legality of abortion has become more important then those they claim to serve and countless women are suffering because of their lies.
Women deserve to know and we will continue to speak out to the truth we have experienced so all women know abortion is not the fix all people like Majors claim it to be…
