 my testimony to the City Council  was tweeked a little because of testimony before me. I have a lot to say on today, but to be honest am exhausted so I will save it for later. I did not get to get all of it in..we only had 3 minutes and I was distracted because of the behavior of the council, but I will talk about that tomorrow as well.
