Great day yesterday in Yonkers where Mayor Phil Amicone declares a pro life week each year.

Marie and Richard Brand along with Anthony Felicissimo organize the day which has a host of wonderful speakers and focuses on the resources available in the area.

I especially loved the talk given by Fr Thomas Berg of the Westchester Institute for Ethics and the Human Person , who focused on the healing and forgivness after abortion through the sacrament of confession.
