Seattle has its own issues when it comes to billboards and bus ads, but at least we’re not New Mexico, where a man put up an abortion billboard targeting his ex-girlfriend.
Greg Fultz, 35, put up the billboard in May, which features a photo of himself holding the outline of baby.
It reads, “This Would Have Been a Picture Of My 2-Month Old Baby If The Mother Had Decided To NOT KILL Our Child!”
The woman took Fultz to court. A judge found that the billboard was a form of harassment, and ordered it to be removed by next week, ABCnews reported.
But Fultz, who faces jail if he doesn’t comply, told the news outlet he won’t take it down.
“Our solid position is that it’s protected by the First Amendment,” his attorney said. “A lot of offensive, distasteful speech seems like it might be harassment, but it’s still protected.”
