Reclaiming Our Children: A Blog About Healing After Abortion

I love this new memorial that is in Slovakia. It is interesting to hear what it stirs in those who have lost a child to abortion. One woman shared how it touched her because it showed the agony of the mother.

I love it because the child is consoling her…it reaffirms that the children are with the Lord desiring the healing of their parents. what does it stir in you?

"…it's in Slovak, so somewhere in Slovakia maybe Bardejoveske? trans.: On 28 October 2011 at 16:00 o'clock will be held in Nova Ves Bardejovske memorial dedication ceremony unborn children, which is the work of a young sculptor Martin Hudáčeka of Banska Bystrica. This ceremony was attended by the Minister of Health, MD. Ivan Uhliarik.
The idea to build a memorial to unborn children came community of young women, mothers who are deeply aware of the value of each human life and damage that is inflicted not only a waste of potential unborn children, but also permanent damage intellectual (sometimes physical) health of every woman who chooses to her unborn child conceived.
The monument expresses sorrow and regret, not only mothers but also forgiveness and love for the unborn child to mother.
Initiators thank all who contributed financially, or otherwise make this work."
