Praise the Lord! Good News! Unlike the trial court which rejected the voices of 317 Texas Women Hurt by Abortion, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has granted our motion for permission to file a amicus brief on behalf of the women of Operation Outcry.

 

We are so pleased that the voices of women hurt by abortion will be heard by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Here is a copy of the brief with the powerful testimonies.
