I know it is hard to believe, but God actually can bring good out of all of our failures, even our abortions.

In the midst of healing this may be difficult to see, even impossible, but with trust in Him and by working through the healing process you will come to see His movement in your life, and how your worst action can become a means, notonly for  your salvation but also a means to help many others. 

It does not have to be public speaking, or standing in front of clinics, although nothing is wrong with those things, it just has to be His will for you, determined through prayers , direction and healing.
