Reclaiming Our Children: A Blog About Healing After Abortion

I think it is fair to say that next to the crucifixion of Jesus itself, perhaps aboriton is the clearest battle against satan and God. One brings life itself, the other destroys it, both to those in the womb and those who have participated in the abortion, from the parents to the doctors and anyone else who was involved.

On the road of healing, there is no doubt satan will do all he can to keep those involved separated from Christ. Temptations to despair, the stubbornness of our pride, the still clinging to the misconception that "I" can fix this instead of humbling recognizing we can do nothing without Him.

In the end, we know that Jesus wins…no other time is it more manifested than in the events of Holy week…the suffering , death, and resurrection of Our Lord. Healing can be a true road to calvary but let us always remember that calvary led to to the resurrection and ascension of Our Lord, a victory over sin and death…He desires to lead you there…keep your eyes on Him and follow!
