Please keep all those impacted by the storm in prayer. The devastation here in NY/NJ/CT is huge and many have been left without homes etc.

A story I heard last night is about a family in the Rockaways…for those of you who do not know where that is, it is a shore town in Queens mostly populated by Irish Catholics who have lived there for generations….before they evacuated their house, one family put a pair of rosary beads on the door. Many homes were destroyed but the destruction stopped right at their door!

Countless people are without homes and the death toll is climbing. Many are still trapped and without water/food. Vandals are now taking to the streets which makes things worse.

One of the hardest hit areas is Hoboken where Good Counsel has its main offices. Also Toms river where Fr Mariusz family has their home.countless people we all know have been impacted.

Please pray for everyone that their faith may sustain them, as we recover from this.

Jesus we trust in you!
