Did not mean for it to happen but I have been so busy today posting about St Mary Magdalene slipped right through my fingers today, so I will make this short & sweet.
Anyone who has been healed from an abortion relates to this Mary…though there are differences in opinions regarding who she was, Mary is known as the sister of Lazarus and by some as the prostitute brought before Jesus, a sinner totally transformed by the love and mercy of Christ.
Two things hit me today at mass, one, that she was the one Christ appeared to when he rose from 
the dead…she did not recognize him immediately, but when He spoke she knew who He was…His mercy had touched her soul and it was all that mattered to her.
The second is that we are told Mary Magdalene spent her last years in solitude and in penance for her sins …
May we ask for her intercession and true contrition for our sins.
