Mothers Day & Mary

With Mothers day tomorrow this quote really struck me. So many push for those who have had an abortion to just "forget about it". "Get on with life"
Some even make people feel guilty for having a hard time with a day like this. It is ok to grieve, it is ok not to be ok. Just reach out for help. Having a hard time does not mean you do not believe in the forgiveness and mercy of God. It just means you are still grieving and working things out and that is ok. Mary knew Jesus died for our salvation and still she grieved and was sorrowful. It takes time to heal. There is a difference between clinging to sin and refusing forgiveness and grieving the loss.
If you are having a hard time reach out…bring it to Jesus and Mary who totally understand. Spiritually embrace your child/children. Even though you cannot see them they are with you…

MarymdHumanity wants its share. Mary the mother of Jesus also knew that his death meant the redemption of the human race, yet she wept and suffered and how much she suffered. St. Padre Pio
