Abortion is always wrong and we need to do everything we can to prevent it, but I cannot help but wonder if our focus should be just as much on the salvation of souls who are lost to God because of abortion.
The babies are innocent and will be with God but millions upon millions and millions of souls are lost to Him because of abortion.
As we enter into the month of November, all souls, I cannot help but think of those who confessed and were contrite but being purified in purgatory. We surely are forgiven if we have confessed, but we are called to prayer and penance, to make reparation in this world or the next.
I think of those in the ministry who have passed. Prayer & penance…I plan to do a Divine Mercy chaplet for them each day of November. Not only does it help to free them, but when they are freed they can then pray for us and our salvation.
The communion of saints is such a beautiful aspect of our faith. May we be charitable to one another by word and works so we may obtain eternal salvation for ourselves and others.
