It is good to see that this was upheld…we all know it had nothing to do with the safety of the mother…the disturbing part of course is that any other procedure killing the baby is ok. I personally do not see this procedure as any worse than others…a saline abortion is certainly just as horrific..they all are…the public can just see this one more clearly so it disturbs their denial.
The other sad fact is that if they had been able to show a case where it truly was for the "health of the mother" it would not have been upheld…it then would have been ok to partially deliver these babies and then kill them.

The 5-4 ruling said the Partial Birth Abortion Ban Act that Congress passed and President Bush signed into law in 2003 does not violate a woman’s constitutional right to an abortion.
