So, I am back. The past 3 weeks were wonderful with many travels and visits to friends along the east coast. It is always wonderful to "rest in the Lord" and take a break from life.
I am so grateful to God for the time…
So yesterday, I finally watched 12th and Delaware. I actually thought they did a pretty good job with it. Of course, I cringed at some statements on both sides, but I think it was overall what happens. My major complaint is what I always feel. I wish they would have interviewed women who have had abortions. I am actually thinking of writing to the directors and asking them to do a documentary on that.
One thing that struck me was the owner of the abortion clinic leafing through a scrap book of doctors who have been shot..while I totally am against any kinds of violence, I wanted to ask where the scrap book was of all the babies they have killed or the women who have died from abortion.
Just read this article this morning http://www.thestar.com/news/canada/article/845264–documentary-film-goes-inside-pregnancy-centre In it, one of the filmmakers, Grady says “I just don’t feel like there can be any kind of common ground and I
hate saying that because it sounds so negative and fatalistic, but that
is what it felt like working on it,” I agree..there is and never will be any degree of abortion that will be ok..this is one only God can end.
