a second post on 9/11 by one of the women from our ministry a year after the event:

To My friends and my National Leaders

Last year as I watched the National Prayer Service following Sept 11th, I hear done pastor quote the bible verse: "Rachel mourns for her children, and she refuses to be consoled, because they are no more."

I found that chillingly appropriate since that is the quote so often used by the pro  -life movement regarding the unspeakable sorrow and trauma of countess mothers and fathers who have fallen victim to the lies of abortion.

Our nation knows beyond all doubt, that the horror of September 11th, 2001, was indeed the height of evil. Completely unaware and innocent people were literally thrown from the exploding buildings that only moments before held them safely inside.   continue to pray that as we rebuild our city and our country from this horrific tragedy, that our nations leaders will also realize that an equal, but very insidious horror is still occurring everyday in our country.

Thousands and thousands of innocent children are literally being thrown from the safety of their mothers wombs, and those mothers are aboslutely crumbling in the aftermath of the destruction, needing to be slowly and agonizingly rebuilt, ( I know b/c I have been there).

God help us and have mercy on us all!
