Oh, “yea of little faith”. Like Peter I can often sink during the storms of life.
But sinking is not always bad. It reminds me I can’t do it alone. An awareness of how much I need Them.
While I’d love to live that surrender and trust without sinking, I am not there yet. There are times when my feelings still get a hold of me and my fears win out.
Despite this, I do know they are with me in lifes storms, protecting me and loving and and leading the way to Their peace and joy.
So next time you are caught up in a storm, stop and pray- put your eyes on Jesus who is always int he boat with us whether it is sinking or not!
